Any total or partial representation of this site and its content, by any means whatsoever, without the prior express authorization of Chuck To Go... is prohibited and would constitute infringement punishable under intellectual property laws.

3. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction shall be at the company's registered office, subject to mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.

Collected data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The website and our professional activity are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising from your use of our websites shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss courts.

8. Passenger Conduct

Users must comply with the following rules of conduct when traveling with us:

All passengers must comply with traffic regulations, including wearing seat belts throughout the journey.

Our chauffeur's instructions must be respected.

Journey safety is our company's responsibility.

Therefore, passengers are prohibited from opening vehicle doors while in motion, throwing objects from the vehicle, making excessive noise, sitting in the driver's seat or operating vehicle controls.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the passenger area of the vehicle.

Violation may result in cleaning fees and compensation for disruption due to vehicle immobilization.

Chuck To Go... reserves the right to terminate service in case of dangerous behavior or disrespect toward the chauffeur.

Chuck To Go... reserves the right to charge the client for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests.

9. Transport Conditions

Chuck To Go... reserves the right to refuse transport in case of compelling circumstances or if deemed inappropriate.

The maximum number of passengers and luggage specified for a given vehicle is an approximation based on factors such as passenger size/weight and luggage.

The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse transport of passengers or luggage if deemed to compromise space and safety.

If transport is not feasible due to such circumstances, this will not affect payment and the service will be charged according to the contract terms.

Chuck To Go... disclaims all responsibility for transporting prohibited or dangerous items and reserves the right to deny boarding if the chauffeur feels endangered or would be acting illegally in performing chauffeur duties.

Prohibited items in vehicles include illicit or dangerous objects such as chemicals, toxic substances, drugs, firearms, explosives, oxygen, compressed air or flammable products, etc.

Any lost items, theft or material damage must be reported to the chauffeur immediately.

Except in case of negligence, Chuck To Go... cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, and/or damage to passenger belongings: clothing, hand luggage, valuables, equipment or floral decorations.

Chuck To Go... will make every effort to ensure service proceeds as booked.

Under no circumstances shall Chuck To Go... be liable for or owe any compensation for itinerary, schedule, or duration changes due to force majeure or law enforcement instructions.

10. Cancellation Policy

A: Airport and Station Arrivals:

Close monitoring of flight schedules.

In case of delay, pickup time will be automatically adjusted based on actual flight arrival time.

Price includes 1 hour waiting time from flight arrival.

After this period, an additional hour will be charged, payable onboard, according to vehicle type.

Price equals the hourly standby rate available on our website.

In case of no-show, the full service will be charged.

For cancelled flights, Chuck To Go... reserves the right to release the chauffeur and claim reimbursement from the client.

An invoice will be provided for any refund request to airlines or travel insurance.

B: Other Locations

Cancellations by users, regardless of reason, will incur the following fees:

  • Free cancellation: 12 hours before scheduled pickup time
  • 50% fee: between 3 and 12 hours before scheduled pickup time
  • 100% fee: less than 3 hours before scheduled pickup time

The standard service duration begins at the meeting point and ends when the client leaves the vehicle.

11. Additional Charges

Hourly bookings include an allowance of 25 kilometers per hour.

Any additional kilometers or hours are subject to extra charges (VAT included), calculated according to the applicable kilometer rate for the vehicle category or the same hourly rate as the booking (available on our website).

Pro-rata calculation does not apply.

Note that any partial hour started is due in full.

Example: A booking starting at 2:00 PM for 4 hours. Scheduled end at 6:00 PM.

If service ends between 6:01 PM and 6:29 PM, an additional half hour is payable.

Between 30 and 59 minutes, a full additional hour is payable. And so on.

  • Mercedes-Benz E-Class: = 80 CHF/extra hour and/or 2 CHF/extra kilometer
  • Mercedes-Benz V-Class: 90 CHF/extra hour and/or 3 CHF/extra kilometer
  • Mercedes-Benz S-Class: = 100 CHF/extra hour and/or 4 CHF/extra kilometer

Transfer pricing is based on distance traveled and transfer duration.

Chuck To Go... reserves the right to charge for extra kilometers/hours if the client requests changes to the originally booked service.

Current rates apply as per above conditions.

12. User Responsibility

It is the client's responsibility to ensure all information provided to Chuck To Go... (by themselves or someone acting on their behalf) is complete and accurate: pickup address, date, time, name, phone number, email address...

Chuck To Go disclaims all responsibility in case of error.

Each user (or if minor, parents/guardians) is responsible and agrees to compensate Chuck To Go... for any interior/exterior vehicle damage, as well as any fines resulting from their actions or their guests' actions (whether intentional or not).

Any booking modifications must be made by email or phone (WhatsApp accepted).

The client is responsible for any additional charges resulting from such requests.

13. Payment Methods

Payments can be made by:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express): Secure online payment or onboard
  • Cash (CHF or EUR) onboard
  • PayPal
  • Revolut
  • Twint (Swiss application)
  • Bank transfer
  • Regular clients: Monthly invoicing

Payment information is confidential and will not be shared.

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include taxes.

14. Order Confirmation

The sale is concluded only once order confirmation is sent to the user, subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability.

The automatic email received when requesting a booking does not constitute automatic acceptance.

Confirmation will be sent subsequently.

If the order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.

The company reserves the right to cancel any order in case of dispute regarding previous payments.
